When the summer residence of the master builder Alms, located at Hårsfjärden, was turned into a conference and study centre it was adapted foremost for visually impaired guests. Today, thanks to the concept “for all the senses”and an ambitious and careful renovation, Almåsa has become an attractive conference facility.
There are several obvious requirements for a conference to be successful; equipment which works, beds which are comfortable and mealtime experiences, which together with everything else, form a whole. We believe, in addition, that something more is required. We have discovered that when several of the senses are stimulated the guest becomes a more effective, productive and motivated conference delegate.
